I had Numbers 27-29 for breakfast. Moses places his hands on Joshua, giving him some of his authority, in front of the assembly to commission him. Eleazer the priest makes decisions by inquiring of the Urim before the Lord (27:21). Strange. I think its like dice. The Lord layed out the instructions for the offerings as follows:
Daily - 2 lambs, a grain offering and a drink offering
Weekly -(on the Sabbath) - 2 lambs, a grain offering and drink offering
Monthly -(1st day of the month) - 2 bulls, 1 ram, 7 male lambs.
-grain offering with each burnt offering
-drink offering with each burnt offering
-1 male goat as a sin offering
Month 1 (14th day) "Passover"
Month 1 (15th day) -begins a 7 day festival
-1st day - hold a sacred assembly (no work)
-each day - two bulls, 1 ram, 7 male lambs, grain offering with each, 1 male goat as a sin offering
-7th day- hold a sacred assembly (no work)
First Fruits (at harvest) - "Feast of Weeks"
-new grain offering
-hold a sacred assembly (no work)
-2 bulls, 1 ram, 7 male lambs, grain offering and drink offering with each, 1 male goat
Month 7 (1st day) - "Feast of Trumpets"
-hold a sacred assembly (no work)
-1 bull, 1 ram, 7 male lambs, grain offering with each, 1 male goat as a sin offering
Month 7 (10th day) - "Day of Atonement"
-hold a sacred assembly (no work)
-FAST
-1 bull, 1 ram, 7 male lambs
-grain offering with each
-1 male goat as a sin offering
-sin offering for atonement
Month 7 (15th day) - "Feast of Tabernacles" (see also Lev 23:33-43)
-seven day festival - palm branches, live in booths
-Day 1 - hold a sacred assembly (no work)
-13 bulls,2 rams,14 males lambs, grain offering with each, 1 male goat as sin offering
-Day 2 - 12 bulls, 14 male lambs, etc...
-Day 3 - 11 bulls, 14 male lambs, etc...
-Day 4 - 10 bulls, 14 male lambs, etc...
-Day 5 - 9 bulls, 14 male lambs, etc...
-Day 6 - 8 bulls, 14 male lambs, etc...
-Day 7 - 7 bulls, 14 male lambs, etc...
-Day 8 - 1 bull, 1 ram, 7 male lambs, grain offerings, 1 goat as a sin offering

Wow that is alot of sacrifices!
