Red Stew

How often we let the flesh dictate our lives! Esau was so hungry that he gave up his birthright (his inheritance) for a pot of red stew. Hunger is our deepest instinct. Its stronger than even sexual desires. We cannot go without food for very long. BUT...do we hunger for spiritual things as much? Do we crave God's Word? Do we crave to be holy and righteous?

Lord make me hungry for your Word. Make me hungry to know you.
